Ward Building Services is a medium sized family run building company, based in Dundee. The company has operated since 1984, it's operational area covers Dundee, Tayside, Fife, Perthshire and Aberdeen.

Ward Building Services is managed and run by Charlie and Stephen Ward and employs around 40 highly experienced and professional trades people, its annual turnover of around 2.5 million pounds reflects the company stability and credibility within the construction industry.

Ward Building Services is a multi-trade organisation with most trades in house apart from plumbing and electrical work, which are entrusted to long term tried and tested sub-contractors.

The companies clients base include Angus Council, Dundee City Council, NHS Tayside, Hillcrest housing Association, Home In Scotland, Knight Frank Properties, Gladedale, Stewart Milne, Banchory Contractors as well as several leading architects

The company is fully experienced in the development and construction of new build housing and domestic extensions, architectural services can be provided to produce an entire package for any perspective client. Recent contracts successfully completed are,

Insulated Render Systems

Ward Building Services are nominated applicators of several specialist render systems including Powerwall and Sto render, and have carried out render works on major projects in the Tayside and Aberdeen areas, these include new housing in Alexander Street, Dundee and the prestigious Malmaison Hotel, Aberdeen.

Ward Building Services have carried out major property refurbishments and these have included the replacement of kitchens for various housing associations some 200 in the past year, in addition to this our company has upgraded accommodation block at RAF Leuchars for the M.O.D.

Maintenance and Jobbing Work

Ward Building Services have a dedicated team of operatives responsible for the day to day maintenance of properties within the Tayside area, this covers housing, schools and shopping outlets.
